Classes with Bloom By Dayna

Excel is proud to be partnered with Bloom By Dayna to provide you with Fitness for all ages. We offer Group Classes, Fitness, ZUMBA and Yogilates for adults. Bloom also offers Zumbini for ages 0-4 and Girls Zumba for ages 8-15. Reach your fitness goals in a fun and friendly environment that encourages everyone to give 100%!

Pricing and Discounts

$100 for 10 classes of your choice, any mix of ZUMBA, Group Training or Yogialtes! (The 10 Class Pass must be used within 60 days of purchase.)

ZUMBA Classes:
Drop in Rate: $10 per class
Children under 16 years: $5 per class (must be accompanied by paying adult)
Children under 7 are FREE! (must be accompanied by paying adult)
Girls Only Zumba: Class runs Friday's at 4:15pm for girls ages 8-15. 10 classes for $100.00, sign up at Excel!
ZUMBA Discounts:
10 Classes for $90

Group Training:
Drop in rate: $15 per class
Group Session: November 27th - December 20th
Group Discounts:
Sign up for an entire session $10 off.
Sign up for 2 classes a week per session $10 off.

Yogilates Classes:
Drop in rate: $10 per class

Zumbini Classes:
Drop in rate: $10 per class, $3 for second child
ZUMBA
ZUMBA is an energizing party experience that takes fitness to a new level of fun! In this 50 minute class you will increase your cardio, tone your body and boost your confidence while you have fun! ZUMBA is for All Ages 7+ children under 7 may come if accompanied by a paying adult.

Adult Co-Ed Group Fitness
Burn the maximum amount of calories in the least amount of time! The Adult Co-Ed class is a 50 minute fitness class for ages 14+. The class consists of a 10-minute agility style warm up, a 35-minute conditioning circuit and a 5-minute cool down and stretch. Weights are incorporated to increase lean muscle gains. Class is ran on a spring floor, lessening the impact on the body while exercising.

- Thursday 5:30 am
Yogilates
This 50 minute Yogilates (Yoga and Pilates style) class consists of breathing techniques, stretching and flowing movements along with high repetition, low weight exercises to tone and tighten the body to create lean muscle mass. These movements will increase flexibility, help improve blood flow and overall health.

Bloom By Dayna
Bloom By Dayna is a Health and Wellness business ran by Coach Dayna. Her calling in life is to serve the community by spreading positivity and uplifting others to help them realize their true potential.

Coach Dayna comes to us as a high-energy, well-rounded Certified Fitness Trainer and Licensed Zumba Instructor. Her experience in fitness began at the young age of 3 when she entered the Gymnastics Gym. The many years she trained as a youth athlete contributes to a wide depth of knowledge in conditioning and nourishing the body for optimal athletic performance. Her training expertise comes from 10 years of coaching gymnastics, running group HIIT classes and personal training sessions.
