Excel Gymnastics Schedule

CLASS SCHEDULE: Excel offers five, 10 week sessions throughout the year.

SCHEDULING CLASSES: All classes are based on a ten week sessions. When scheduling classes please select the best day and time for your schedule and that will be the class your child attends for that session.

PRORATION: Students who signup after the session has started will automatically be prorated for classes they did not attend.

MAKE-UP POLICY: Two make-up classes are allowed for each student per session. If additional classes are unavailable for the student to make-up, Excel will provide one class of the same or lower level OR one Open Gym per each class that the student needs to make–up. All missed classes must be made up by the end of the current session; missed classes do not carry over into subsequent sessions.

DISCOUNTS: When more than one immediate family member is enrolled in the same session, the lesser class is discounted 20%. When the same child takes more than one class in the same session, the lesser class is discounted 25%

REFUNDS: For our JR. Rec programs, Excel offers refunds for the remaining classes following the drop date. For the recreational classes refunds are available until the 3rd week of class. After that we will credit your account and you can use the balance towards future classes, pro-shop, open gyms, or birthday parties.

WEATHER CANCELLATION: Please see our website if you are concerned that we may close due to inclement weather. We do not follow the Public Schools closings and will have up to date information on the homepage of our Website. If you do not have access to the internet, no problem, give us a call. If your class is cancelled due to inclement weather you will receive a free passes to open gym and one for a friend.
