💳 Monthly Tuition & Billing
At Excel Gymnastics, tuition is collected monthly and covers 4 weeks (28 days) of instruction.
How It Works:
✔ Flat Monthly Fee – A set fee is charged each month, ensuring predictable costs.
✔ Automatic Billing – Tuition is automatically charged on the 15th of each month for the following month.
✔ Pro-Rated Adjustments – Mid-month enrollments are adjusted based on remaining classes.
✔ Built-In Breaks – Our 48-week billing cycle accounts for holidays and closures without tuition changes.
This simple model ensures consistent training and makes budgeting easy for families.
🎉 Anniversary Fee
📅 Each student is charged a $25 annual anniversary fee, billed one year from the last payment.
📩 Class Withdrawal Policy
To discontinue enrollment, submit a written request (email or letter) by the 13th of the current month.
- Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent.
- Your child remains enrolled until the end of the paid month.
- No refunds are provided.
- Requests received on or after the 14th will be processed for the next month, but a credit will be applied for future use.
This policy ensures fairness and a smooth transition for all families.
🔄 Refund Policy
💡 Tuition is non-refundable once processed. If you withdraw after payment, a credit will be applied to your child’s account for future classes, camps, Open Gyms, or birthday parties.
🔄 Makeup Policy
✔ One makeup class per month is allowed.
✔ If no suitable class is available, an alternative lower-level class or Open Gym pass will be offered.
✔ Makeups must be used by the end of the month (they do not roll over).
💰 Discount Policy
✔ Family Discount – When multiple immediate family members enroll in the same month, the lower tuition receives a 20% discount.
✔ Multi-Class Discount – If a child enrolls in multiple classes per month, the lower-priced class gets a 20% discount.
🌨 Weather Cancellation Policy
Excel Gymnastics does not follow public school closings for inclement weather.
✔ If a class is canceled due to severe weather, parents will be notified via email.
✔ While we try to reschedule canceled classes, this may not always be possible.
✔ If rescheduling is unavailable, students receive a free Open Gym pass as compensation.
📅 Scheduled Closures
Excel Gymnastics will be closed on the following dates. Prorated tuition, makeups, or Open Gym passes are not provided for these closures.
