PARENT PORTAL
Using our Parent Portal allows you to easily view and register for classes/open gyms, book a birthday party, and complete the mandatory waiver needed to participate in the gym for all activities held at Excel Gymnastics. Please take the time to visit our Parent Portal.
MONTHLY TUITION
Tuition is collected monthly, typically covering 4 weeks or 28 days of classes. Here’s how it works:

1. Flat Monthly Fee: Families pay a set fee each month that covers 4 weeks (28 days) of instruction, regardless of how many classes fall within that time frame.

2. Automatic Billing: Payments are set up for automatic billing, making it convenient for families to manage their tuition without having to remember due dates each month. Tuition is collected on the 15th of every month, for the following month.

3. Pro-Rated Adjustments: If a student enrolls mid-month, the tuition may be pro-rated based on the remaining classes in the month, ensuring fairness in billing. Please note that if registration takes place on or after the 15th, payment for the following month will also be collected.

4. Built-In Breaks: The 4-week payment model (48 weeks per year out of 52) allows for holiday closings or emergency days off without impacting tuition costs.

This approach simplifies budgeting for families while ensuring that students receive consistent and reliable training.
ANNIVERSARY FEE
Every enrolled student will have an annual anniversary fee of $25.00. This fee is applied approximately one year from the time you first/last time it was paid.
TUITION PAYMENT
Monthly tuition is due at the time of registration and then collected on the 15th of every month, for the following month. For example, on January 15th tuition will be collected for the month of February. On the 10th day of every month, you will receive a friendly reminder notifying you that tuition will be collected on the 15th.
WITHDRAWING FROM CLASS
A written request (or email) to have your child dropped from class must be received by the 13th of the current month to ensure you are not billed for the following month. Once the request is received, we will withdraw your child from class, and send you a conformation email. As you will be paid through the end of the month, your child will still attend class until the last day of the month. Excel Gymnastics does not provide refunds, all requests received after the 14th will still be processed and a credit will be placed on your child’s account to be used later.
REFUNDS
Once tuition has been processed; tuition is non-refundable. If withdrawing after it has been collected, we will credit your child’s account, and you can use it towards future classes, pro-shop, open gyms, or birthday parties.
MAKEUP POLICY
One makeup class will be allowed for each student per month. If classes are unavailable for the student to makeup in, Excel will provide one lower level OR one Open Gym. All missed classes must be made up by the end of the month as they do not carry over into the following month.
DISCOUNTS
When more than one immediate family member is enrolled in the same month, the lesser class is discounted 20%. When the same child takes more than one class in the same month, the lesser class is discounted 20%
WEATHER CANCELLATION
Excel Gymnastics does not follow public school closings. If class are cancelled due to inclement weather, all parents will be emailed as soon as possible. While we do our best to reschedule the class, please be aware that it might not be possible. If your class is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive a free pass to open gym.
HOLIDAY CLOSURES
The following dates are when Excel Gymnastics will be closed. Proration, Makeups, or Open Gym passes are not issued for these holidays.

– Independence Day
– Labor Day
– October 31st (As of 12:00 PM)
– Thanksgiving Day (Thursday & Friday)
– Christmas Eve through New Years Day.
