Excel Gymnastics offers various camps throughout the year for kids who are looking to have some fun. We will host Day Camps, Summer Camps, and Winter Camps for kids ages 4 (must be potty trained) through 13 years old. All camps are loaded with 60 minutes of structured class time, 60 minutes of snacks/games, and of course 60 minutes of Open Gym time! At the time of registration, spaces will fill on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that a minimum of 3 campers must be signed up in order for a camp week to run.
CAMP FORMAT
9:00 – 10:00 am: All the campers will be in a structured class that is appropriate for their age and or skill level.
10:00 – 11:00 am: Snack time (provided by parents) then Activities. Campers will engage in a range of activities that align with Excel’s philosophy of holistic education. These activities aim to develop life skills that are valuable both within and beyond the gymnastics gym. Campers will enjoy a mix of crafts, team building activities, and recreational games. Campers of all ages and skill levels can join in these fun activities and gain valuable life skills.
Crafts
Campers will complete four crafts per session, including a tie-dyed camp shirt at the end of the session. Crafts will take place every 2-3 camp days
Team Building Activities
Each camper will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of team-building activities with other campers, aimed at developing social skills. Campers will engage in one team building activity per week.
Games
Campers will enjoy outdoor and backyard games like bags, ring toss, parachutes, and relay races. Games will be scheduled once a week or every other week.
11:00 – 12:00 pm: Open Gym. If any of the campers have siblings, they are welcome to join them for open gym at just $5 per child. Please note that if they are younger than 5 years old, an adult must always accompany them in the gym.
DROP OFF
When arriving to drop off your child, please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to camp start time. If their snack needs to be refrigerated, please make sure their name is written on their container. If bringing a reusable water bottle, please also make sure their name is written on it so it does not get added to our collection if forgotten.
PICK UP
Parents are welcome to pick their child up at anytime before 12:00 pm. If there is a chance you need to, just let our staff know when you arrive so we can make sure they have all their belongings together for you.
SNACK BREAK
Each child should bring a non-carbonated caffeine free drink as well as an easy to eat healthy snack (no candy, please) that can be eaten in about 15 minutes. A refrigerator is available for snack storage if needed.

Session 1 Dates: June 3rd through July 3rd
Session 2 Dates: July 8th through August 8th
Cost: $400.00 for 5 weeks
Sibling Discount: 10% off
Camp Discount: 10% off additional sessions
Days: Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday. We do not offer Friday or weekend camps.

MAKE-UP CAMP:
All campers will be allowed two make-up day per camp session.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit will be collected at the time of registration with the remaining balance being collected within 48 hours.
