Class Drop Request Form

Please use this form to submit a request to drop a class. Requests must be received no later than the 14th of the month in order to avoid being billed for the following month. Any requests received on the 15th or later will still be processed; however, refunds are not provided, and any applicable balance will be issued as an account credit.

If you are requesting to drop within the current month, please note that tuition covers the full month. Your athlete’s spot will remain reserved through the end of the month, and they are welcome to attend all scheduled classes until that time.
