If hired, you agree to follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to athlete safety, appropriate conduct, supervision, and use of equipment. Maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all athletes is a core expectation of all staff.

Employment with Excel Gymnastics Academy is considered at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, as permitted by law.
