Party Contract

Please complete this contract and press submit at the bottom to confirm your birthday party. If you have landed on this page and have not booked a birthday party, please contact Excel Gymnastics Academy at (630) 208-1920.
Deposit: Deposits cover up to 10 children and to reserve your gym and party room. The deposit becomes non-refundable* and non-transferable within 14 days of the scheduled party time. Any balances due are paid at the end of the party. *Excel does offer the option to reschedule the party at a later date due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, if within 14 days of the scheduled party.
Details of Party Time (75 minutes in the gym + 30 minutes in the party room): Each party includes 75 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room. An instructor will be present during gym time to review safety rules and engage with the children. The party concludes in the party room. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, as staff will be preparing from the previous party.
Party Balance: At the end of the party, staff will take a final headcount of the children that participated and will bill you accordingly. Please be aware that there is a $25 fee if your party exceeds your allotted time in the party room.
Party Format: All parties will follow our Open Gym format, which means parties are not structured. The children will freely be able to move around the gym (in the approved areas), utilizing our equipment.
Safety and Age Information: Children five (5) years old and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult (preferably their parent or guardian) the entire time they are in the gym. Anyone 17 or older is not allowed on any of the equipment, including the trampolines. All participants must have a waiver completed before entering the gyms.
What to Bring (Note: Excel does not supply large knives, candles, or lighters.): Upon request, we can supply paper products such as tablecloths, eating utensils, paper cups, napkins, and plates. Please note, all our supplies are white. The party room will be available for you to decorate 30 minutes before the start of your room time.
Clean-Up: We request that you help dispose of your paper goods and other on-the-table messes. Our staff will take care of the floor, chaira cleaning, and trash bins.
