At Excel Gymnastics, our core class hours are:

Monday through Friday:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We prioritize providing our staff with a consistent and reliable schedule, either for the full school year (August through May) or the summer session (June through August). For example, if you're scheduled to work Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, you can expect to work that same shift each week throughout the entire session.

This consistency allows our team members to plan ahead with confidence, whether it's scheduling appointments, attending personal events, or managing other commitments.

While we value flexibility and wide availability, please note that you will not be scheduled for more hours than you’ve requested. If additional hours become available, we’ll notify you and offer the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.

Throughout the year, we host a variety of special events such as Birthday Parties, Open Gyms, and Parent’s Night Out. These events typically take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but they do not follow a set schedule. When events are planned, a separate schedule is shared with all staff. Team members who are available can then submit their availability for those specific dates and hours.

Below are the general time frames during which events may be scheduled. Please note that not all shifts will run the full length of these windows.
