FORMAT
Parties are held on Saturdays or Sundays and includes 75 minutes of Excellent open gym fun and 30 minutes in the party room!
PARTY OPTION 1: The Rec Gym
Option 1: Up to 10 children – $375.00
Option 2: 11 to 20 children – $400.00
Additional children: $5 per child.
Deposit: $375.00 due at booking.
PARTY OPTION 2: The Main Gym
Option 1: Up to 10 children – $425.00
Option 2: 11 to 20 children – $450.00
Additional children: $5 per child.
Deposit: $425.00 due at booking.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
We require a deposit of $375.00 for party option 1 or a $425.00 deposit for option 2. Deposits cover up to 10 children and to reserve your party time. Your party deposit becomes non-refundable* and non-transferable within 14 days of the scheduled party time. Any balances due are paid at the end of the party. *Excel does offer the option to reschedule the party at a later date due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, if within 14 days of the scheduled party.
CONTRACTS / INVITATIONS
A digital signed contract must be completed and returned to Excel to finalize your party. A paper contract is also available at our front desk if needed. Invitations which are also waivers will also be available at the front desk.
INVITATIONS
Due to insurance reasons, our party invitations include a waiver for each party attendant to bring signed by a parent to the party. If a child does not have a signed waiver, they will not be able to participate at the party. If you plan on sending out digital invitations, we will provide you with a link to include for the guest waivers. Guest will also have the opportunity to complete our online waiver once they arrive at our facility.
AVAILABILITY
Parties are only held on Saturday or Sunday. For available times please call us at (630) 208.1920.
WHAT EXCEL SUPPLIES:
– Party Invitations/Waivers by request.
– 75 minutes of supervised swinging, jumping, and bouncing throughout the gym.
– 30 minutes in our party room. Long tables and chairs provided.
– If needed: white tablecloths, paper places, and plastics-ware.
– Additional clean up help.
– A FREE Excel party t-shirt for the birthday child!
WHAT YOU SUPPLY
– Cake, ice cream and/or any other refreshments you would like to serve.
– You may also have food, such as pizza, delivered to our facility.
– Decorations (some do, some don’t).
– Paper products.
WHAT TO WEAR
The children should wear comfortable clothing without belts, buckles or exposed buttons and zippers; girls can wear a leotard (if they have one). Long hair should be pulled back in a ponytail, NO jewelry is to be worn in the gym (post earrings may be worn as long as they don’t dangle from the ears). Bare feet are required in the gym.
ARRIVAL TIME / PARTY ROOM SETUP
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your party begins, as there will be a party ahead of yours.
Party Room Set Up: The party room will be available for set up roughly 30 minutes after the start of your gym time.
